Our Fit Over 50 class is all about staying active, maintaining your health, and enjoying a supportive community! Whether you're looking to improve your mobility, increase your energy levels, or simply stay social and engaged, this class combines gentle exercises with a focus on overall well-being.

No experience is needed, just bring your positive attitude and a willingness to move! Join us in a comfortable and encouraging environment where you can challenge yourself at your own pace, improve your fitness, and build lasting friendships—all while having a great time!  And, if your feeling thirsty after all that exercise, join us for a chat and a complimentary brew afterwards in the gym's own coffee bar!
